Different messages call for different delivery methods. UnionActive lets administrators select the appropriate channel and build an audience from member data, locals, resource groups, or other saved information.

Email broadcasts

Create formatted messages with images and attachments, start from a reusable template, control sender information, and send to selected members or an imported address list. After delivery, administrators can review available view and opt-out activity.

Short code text messaging

Send time-sensitive SMS or MMS broadcasts to opted-in members and keyword lists without requiring members to select a cellular carrier. Short code messaging requires an active messaging package.

Mobile app push

Send notifications to users of your connected UnionActive mobile app. Target all app users or refine the audience using member login and group information.

Automatic notifications

Use notification options built into calendars and content tools. Event reminders can be scheduled for useful intervals before an event so members receive timely prompts without a separate manual broadcast.
